By accessing or using Riskily's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services. Riskily is operated by Searchable Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16579753) with its registered office at 10 Queen Street Place, City of London, London EC4R 1AG, United Kingdom.

2. Description of Services

Riskily provides a financial risk intelligence platform that turns market and regulatory data into a plain-language health score for East African businesses. Our Services include:

  • Credit, FX, regulatory, and market risk scoring (0–100 health score)
  • Live CBK rate, FX, and commodity price monitoring
  • Regulatory deadline and circular tracking (CBK/KRA/NSSF/NHIF)
  • AI-generated, plain-language risk insights and action steps
  • Multi-entity and multi-user account management

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices

5. Refund policy

Try Riskily risk-free. Not satisfied? Request a full refund within 14 days quick, simple, and stress-free. Your satisfaction comes first. If Riskily isn’t right for you, get a full refund within 14 days no explanations needed.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

Pricing: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may change with notice to existing subscribers.

Bills: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

7. Privacy policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
